About
I am a librarian who has been involved in library technology, automation, and digital library development throughout my career. Although I had been successful managing organizational change in a variety of environments, I wanted to learn more theory to support my practice, so I returned to graduate school to study Human Systems and Organizational Development at Fielding Graduate University.
I have completed my MA and I am nearing the completion of my PhD. Although my interests may seem eclectic--digital library development, and assessment models for residential treatment centers--what they have in common is motivation to improve organizational effectiveness, and expand capacity in not for profit organizations.
